i'm not sure yet if, we are going to war with China and the Eastern BLOC or...if we're going to war with aliens.
our Government seems to be telegraphing that whatever it is.. we should regard them as, the same.
the Chinese are very high tech.
and they have 1000's of years of pyschological advantage (stable-ish) civilization for 8000 or so recorded years...
as comparted to our ~6000..
.. we're a free country where privitization has rung free..
which puts us ahead in that range of thinking.
... we CAN beat them.
