That is done in many ways, one is through the special privilege currencies like USD, Euro, Pound and Frank have internationally. Thanks to the special privileges those currencies enjoy, issuers of those currencies can print them nonstop, well aware of the fact that those currencies can "chase" goods and services around the world.

If other countries do the same, they immediately suffer hyperinflation like in Venezuela or Zimbabwe, not so those privileged Western countries.

Sadly, those countries could lose their privileges soon.
