Only 50% of people vaccinated with first dose developed antibodies

Two friends of mine, both doctors over 70 years old, didn't develop antibodies after 3 weeks. They are getting the second dose this week.

A doctor at the hospital that gathered the information, actually thinks %50 is a good number and recommends pushing off the second dose because of shortages, and rather get more people vaccinated with the first dose.
