Did you know Micheal's Flynn Brother went from a 3 Star to 4 Star General recently?

A month or so ago, I was listening to a Juan O Savin interview....

To which he said, The same day FLYNN was Pardoned, Flynns brother went from a 3 Star to 4 Star



I checked to verify if I can find any info on the internet during that day I heard about it, I wasnt able to...
