Let's focus in on that, not only are many violating Thou Shalt Not Kill, this passage explicitly states that those who hate their brethren are murderers.

Yes you are supposed to Love Biden and Trump if you want to live a spiritual life following GOd's Law and not the life of a murderer following the Law of the Jungle.
