It could be as simple as power failure or as big as making sure the occupants have no access to information from the outside world.
Quoting: Excitement Machine Buckingham Palace did the same thing back in what?....April? They just boarded everything up all under the guise of "COVID". They have a 775 room friggin mansion. Where could they go that would afford them more space for social distancing? The jig is up. They are ALL going down. This planet is finally being exterminated and soon, purified. You cant be spied on with satellites if you don't have fluorescent lighting creating the specific radiation field, so it could be like a cover for them. They could also be simulating stories from their books, they do weird shit like that too.
