Former First Lady Michelle Obama delivered a racially charged statement regarding the Capitol protests and demanded social media platforms permanently ban President Trump.
In a statement posted to social media, Mrs. Obama slammed the mostly pro-Trump crowd as a “gang” who “laid siege to the United States Capitol.”
She called for full, unadulterated censorship of the President.
“Now is the time for Silicon Valley companies to stop enabling this monstrous behavior – and go even further than they already have by permanently banning this man from their platforms and putting in place policies to prevent their technology from being used by the nation’s leaders to fuel insurrection,” Obama wrote in a statement.
The vague reference to the ‘nation’s leaders’ and ‘putting in place policies,’ in my opinion, means the censorship could apply to nearly anybody who supports the President or demands accountability from their government.

Michelle Obama wasn’t content to call for the complete abolition of the First Amendment for individuals politically opposed to her ideology.
Her statement was an attempt to pour kerosene on the fire by claiming protesters at the Capitol were treated differently because they are white.
A 14-year Navy veteran was shot dead and three others succumbed to medical issues as a result of the protest, but in Obama’s eyes, it would have been much worse if the protesters were predominantly black.
“What if these rioters had looked like the folks who go to Ebenezer Baptist Church every Sunday?” she said. “What would have been different?”
“Seeing the gulf between the responses to yesterday’s riot and this summer’s peaceful protests and the larger movement for racial justice is so painful,” Obama added.
