If the Insurrection Act was signed, any delay to enforce is a function of the military lining up for massive arrests and military tribunal trials. Notice that air space around D.C. is now a private and commercial aircraft no-fly zone so few can escape.

If Biden takes office, a PRC/Iran sneak attack upon USA, e.g., nuclear, EMP [90% of population will die within one year], other incl. multiple asymmetric, is in the offing as Biden's win was a fraud and will be contested by tens of millions of Americans for perpetuity.
