Incidentally, I haven't mentioned this yet, but about 9 or 10 days ago, a work friend told me her nephew in Texas, who is in the regular Army, told her he thought he might be deployed in a couple weeks. Some kind of medical unit they are in. C17s are flying in to a local airbase regularly since righy before public news the vaccine is in the US. All I can contribute. |

The National Guard is designed to deploy quickly. However OP mentioned "Reservists". Typically a reservist is called in to bolster an existing operation where things are escalating or active duty personnel are wilting. Most reservists need additional training in order to be certified to do their jobs. This, my friends is bullshit.  Bing! |

There is no reason for a witch-hunt like this if they have the presidency locked up... they could wait and do this, they have 4 years to pass all the laws they want... they just have to wait 2 weeks...
