Try to find something that absorbs your attention. Follow the things that interest you. Don't be put off by others. A genuine interest is a Valuable Gift. And you will derive satisfaction from it. Do not downplay Manual Labour. In its own way it is as important as the Doctors and Scientists.

This is how we become the Army of Light. This is how we rebalance the World. And, God willing, we will succeed.
Meditate upon yourself and find Peace in your Heart.

And if you can't cope or need help do not despair. There are always good people willing to help. You just need to know where to find them. The local Church Mosque Synagogue or Temple will often have someone who can help. There are many good people in the Police. There are probably groups online who offer help.
In fact I will start a thread on GLP offering help to those in need. I will do it today and I will post the link here when it is up.
