So ... I was never a football fan ... never followed it ... but I do have an above average knowledge of 1980s pro wrestling, especially for a girl.

Back in Superbowl LII .. PHILLY was on FIRE and I couldn't help but get caught up in the action, being from around here.

I still love Nick Foles to the ends of the Earth for giving us a glorious few months. There's nothing like strangers beaming smiles at each other and high-fiving because ... E-A-G-L-E-S ...

But at the time ... I knew all these guys and I would casually say to them ... that's weird huh? Remember in WWF wrestling when ...

And "this seems a lot like WWF ... who is making money off this?" They'd get so mad.

Don't compare football to pro wrestling unless you want to have everyone and their mother mad at you.

But it's true. There are a whole lot of things that happen in football, to rig games, that they stole from pro wrestling.

Anyone can see that - maybe it takes a football "outsider" to see it, though. Fans might be biased.

I still can't wait for Foles to come back to Philly ... when he does, we'll win the Superbowl ... because that's exactly what would happen in pro wrestling :)
