They canceled the next days show because a death of one of the band members family. 90’s were a fun time. I saw my first show 9/18/87, went full time on the road the summer of 91. Rode on an awesome converted school bus from 91-95. Sold food, and everything under the sun. Made a ton of money. After jerry died I jumped over to phish, and did that from 95-98. Great times. |

The best way to hear them is on an album It depends on the show. Like most bands... I am 49 and was lucky enough to see them 4 times before Jerry died. I prefer the worst live show over the best recording. Nothing like being there and FEELING the vibes in your bones! Last time I dropped acid was at a Dead show. It was a great trip and a good way to end that era of my life. I still listen to the dead every morning! Long live the deadheads It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. -Psalm 118:8 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper. -Isaiah 54:17 If I disappear from this forum, aliens didn't take me- Jesus did!
