A recent posting of mine below upon another recent thread that sums up the FAIL...unless Insurrection Act/Martial Law w/Military jurisdiction as per National Emergency and existing State of War [yes, State of War is still in legal effect now, no B.S.] that can involve suspension of Writ of Habeas Corpus as was done by Lincoln during the Civil War, or the legal dissolving of United States Corporation and United States of America Corporation is invoked and replaced with United States Republic of America as Trump will be first President of the Republic that also means that all Congressional members' seats in both chambers now are null and void pending new elections. On a temporary basis, the Military will be in charge while all being sorted out, wherein such warns foreign adversaries to still continue to fear hair trigger maximum military, cyber, and economic retaliation if they interfere with the governance of or attack the United States Republic of America. "Is It JUST ME OR IS JANUARY 20th NOT THE MOST OBVIOUS CHANCE FOR HUNDREDS OF ARRESTS OF THE DEEP $HYT $TATE TO BE MADE?" IMHO, not happening. There were a few years wherein a boatload of largely CODE 18 violations [see below] should have resulted in indictments of dozens at the top of the Deep State heap, but the DOJ did nothing, nor could Trump make them do so. Now, all he has left is the military and such until Biden sworn in. What are the odds? I'd say, at best 20:1 against any Trump to make arrests action in this regard. Bolton, Sessions, Haspel(?), and most all of his Secretaries of Defense, and statistically and mathematically valid voter fraud ignorant SCOTUS Justices are amongst Trump's selection failings. Such is why his Administration has partially rotted from within. Where was the Trump Administration and the Republicans to vehemently object to mail-in ballots, to the point of non-participation, early on?
