No disrespect to Biden, but I have said all along he is treated like a puppet. It’s obvious he is not in good health mentally and physically. I made many statements saying shame on his wife for allowing him to be made a laughing stock over. His blunders and gaffes are true signs of dementia and after effect of his strokes.
It’s rather sad to watch honestly.
