A YouTube blog post explaining the policy says the platform will not promote content that “contradicts local health authorities’ or the World Health Organization’s (WHO) medical information about COVID-19,” and YouTube told The Hill it does not allow any information that it says risks harming people.



The video that was taken down showed Johnson tearing into the Biden administration over its response to the pandemic and touting the two drugs.



“It always baffled me that there was such a concerted effort to deny the American public the type of robust exploration research into early treatment early in this pandemic,” Johnson said before calling ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine “incredibly safe.”

Leak Shows People Being Added to Prohibited List Without Due Process

WASHINGTON, D.C. –-(Ammoland.com)-Can you be added to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) “Prohibited” list without being convicted of a crime? According to leaked documents received by AmmoLand News, the answer appears to be “yes.”

The document in question is called “Guidance for Requesting a Submission of the NICS Indices Unlawful User/Addicted of a Controlled Substance Files.” It lets law enforcement officials add suspects to the prohibited list even if the subject hasn’t been convicted of a drug charge. Most gun owners are not aware that they can lose their gun rights without a court convicting them of a drug crime. This expanded power brings up a concern that the ability to add a suspect to the NICS Indices violates a person’s right to due process.

United States – -(AmmoLand.com)- Anti-Second Amendment extremists have often tried to make various aspects of our Second Amendment rights seem downright scary to our fellow Americans. For instance in the 1990s, Senator Frank Lautenberg tried to push federal legislation that would have overridden the shall issue concealed carry laws on multiple occasions, using the term “concealed weapons.”

Today, anti-Second Amendment extremists are using terms like “ghost guns” and “untraceable firearms” to attack our rights. Two that are currently in Congress, Representative David Cicilline (D-RI) and Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) are now trying to hype the fear to essentially ban home-built firearms with the Untraceable Firearms Act of 2021, known as S 1558 and HR 3088.

Cicilline introduced a version of this bill back in 2019, and we noted back then that part of the goal was to make it easier to carry out a “Mr. and Mrs. America, turn them all in” program of the type Feinstein wanted in 1995, or what Eric Swalwell has been pushing as well. One of the necessities for that to happen is to enact some form of firearms registration – what Nelson “Pete” Shields called “the second problem.”

Of course, let’s just be clear – this bill is another round of the usual injustice we see anti-Second Amendment extremists trying to inflict on law-abiding Americans who wish to exercise their right to keep and bear arms by building their own. The fact of the matter is that the vast majority of those who are building their own firearms are doing so for lawful purposes, yet anti-Second Amendment extremists want to punish them for crimes and acts of madness they didn’t commit.

What Cicilline and Blumenthal – not to mention the media – fail to mention is that current laws can handle anyone who is home-building firearms for nefarious purposes. Under 18 USC 922, anyone who provides a firearm to a felon, illegal alien, or other prohibited persons is guilty of a felony. 18 USC 924 provides for a potential 10-year prison sentence in those cases and adds other penalties for transferring a firearm knowing it will be used for a violent crime or drug trafficking, not to mention sentencing enhancements for when firearms are brandished or discharged.

“Serious Errors” In FBI Reports Of Shooting Incidents

Dr. John Lott, Jr. of the Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC) recently released a paper written while he was a Senior Advisor for Research and Statistics at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Policy.

His paper, Corrections to the FBI’s Reports on Active Shooting Incidents (May 31, 2021), examines the FBI’s previously released reports on “active shooter incidents” (ASI). The FBI defines an “active shooter” as one or more individuals attempting to kill or killing other people in a populated area. “Implicit in this definition is the shooter’s use of one or more firearms. The ‘active’ aspect of the definition inherently implies the ongoing nature of the incidents, and thus the potential for the response to affect the outcome.”

The FBI published its initial report in 2014, titled A Study of Active Shooter Incidents Between 2000-2013, using information from “104 police department records, after action reports, shooting commission reports, open sources, and FBI resources.” Since then, the agency has published additional annual or bi-annual reports. As stated in the initial report, the goal of these studies is “to provide federal, state and local law enforcement with data so they can better understand how to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from these incidents.”

According to Dr. Lott, “all five reports so far issued were found to have serious errors.” These distort the trend of attacks over time and the evidence on factors that may be important in curtailing attacks in the future.

Nomani, and many other parents, spoke out after the comments by Omeish, the sole Muslim school board member, at the graduation event at Justice High School on June 7.

In English, Omeish told them that: 'The world sees the accolade, the diploma, the fruit of all your years yet be reminded of the detail of your struggle.' But when she repeated the speech in Arabic, she told students to remember their 'jihad' - a word meaning both 'struggle' and, specifically, holy war waged on behalf of Islam.

She also warned they were entering a world of, 'racism, extreme versions of individualism and capitalism, [and] white supremacy.'

Feinstein Introduces Federal ‘Red Flag’ Confiscation Legislation

Sen. Dianne Feinstein reintroduced a federal ‘red flag’ confiscation bill last month.

Per the language of the legislation, it would allow the government to execute an ex parte extreme risk protection order (ERPO) on persons accused of being a danger to themselves or others.

Ex parte means the respondent (or gun owner) is not given a heads-up about the petitioner’s accusations.

Guns are seized first by law enforcement, then a court date is set for the respondent to tell his or her side of the story before the judge.

The onus is on the accused to demonstrate at that hearing that he or she is not a danger to himself/herself or others. The respondent is guilty and deprived of the right to keep and bear arms until proven innocent or until the ERPO expires.

Feds Look to Squash Missouri’s Second Amendment Sanctuary Law

Less than a week after Missouri Gov. Mike Parson signed the state’s Second Amendment sanctuary law, the U.S. Department of Justice is applying pressure.

The law, dubbed the “Second Amendment Preservation Act” (SAPA), says federal actions that infringe on individuals’ Second Amendment rights “shall be invalid in this state, shall not be recognized by this state, shall be specifically rejected by this state, and shall not be enforced by this state.”

It prohibits state officials from enforcing federal firearms laws, and outlaws any taxes and fees imposed on guns, ammunition, or firearm accessories “not common to all other goods and services and that might reasonably be expected to create a chilling effect on the purchase or ownership of those items.” Gun registration, tracking, and confiscation schemes also fall under this prohibited category.

Writing for the Justice Department, Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian M. Boynton argues that the U.S. Constitution’s Supremacy Clause invalidates the SAPA. “Under our federal system, a state cannot nullify federal law,” he says. “Pursuant to the Supremacy Clause, federal law preempts state laws when, among other things, state laws ‘interfere with, or are contrary to, federal law’—commonly referred to as conflict preemption.”

Boynton also argues that the law would disrupt joint federal-state initiatives, and he makes veiled threats about rescinding the state’s federal funding if they try to enforce the law.

In the Internet age, we don't need to tie "citizenship" to location anymore. I think anyone should be able to opt out of this social contact that we didn't consent to in the first place. But governments claim ownership of all the land (via property taxes) and the 5th amendment. And gov likes their power so I don't see the government being peaceful when people try to abolish or succeed from it. And I'm a peaceful person, I don't have the heart to be violent. I've already disidentified myself as a government's subject. Any acts of theft, kidnapping, or violence by the gov towards peaceful people is on them and shows their true nature.
