P-3s and P-8s seem to be looking for something in various places. P-3 Was circling Knoxville and Oak Ridge area for a while. P-8 is 1,500 ft in tight ovals just east of Richmond Va., near the airport. [ link to globe.adsbexchange.com (secure)] 3 P-3s and 3 P-8s showing over CONUS right now. Fissile materials. Been happening for a couple of weeks now.
