Re: Tooth ache help..
To the OP - and assuming codeine works for you...

Can you get non-prescription codeine where you live?
In UK we can get small quantities of codeine, mixed with paracetamol (Acetaminophen/Tylenol in USA)
It comes as 500mg Tylenol with 8mg Codeine - costs about £3 ($4 US) for 32 pills.

It's quite easy to get rid of 90% or more of the Tylenol.
It's called 'Cold Water Extraction'. It takes a bit of time to prepare, but does help A LOT with toothache.
Codeine dissolves easily in water - Tylenol/paracetamol doesn't dissolve well if the water is cold.

Crunch up 8 pills - to a powder if possible - and fully dissolve in half a glass of lukewarm water.
Then chill the mixture in the fridge - Tylenol/paracetamol isn't very soluble in cold water, so most of it will settle out of the liquid as it cools.
After a couple of hours you'll see a white sludge in the bottom - that's the tylenol/paracetamol.
Pour the cold liquid through a coffee filter to remove any tylenol that's still suspended in the water. Filter a coupla times to be sure.
You'll be left with a liquid that still contains about 95% of the original codeine, but less than 10% of the original tylenol/paracetamol.
The colder you chill it, the less tylenol/paracetamol will stay dissolved.

8 tablets of 500/8 para/cod should give a liquid containing about 60mg codeine, but with only 200mg to 400mg of paracetamol left in it.(depending how cold you chill it, and how well you filter it)

*If preparation mixtures are different where you live, just adjust the numbers to get the amount you want - 60mg to 80mg codeine will do a good job of suppressing the pain.

It tastes bloody awful - VERY bitter - but does the trick, and better than kicking the shit out of your liver with too much tylenol.
If you can stand the taste, before swallowing, swish it around near the offending tooth for max effect.
Should be enough to get you through the weekend.

IMPORTANT
Only do this if you are in good health - and DO NOT do it as a regular thing - Codeine is addictive, and it's a real pig to come off it if you get hooked.

I know all this because during the 80s, while I was studying at university in my teens/20s I did codeine recreationally for a good while - I got into it after finding a stash of pure codeine pills while helping to clear out a dead relative's house - and after the stash ran out I did cold water extraction for a couple of extra months. I managed to avoid addiction by only doing it at weekends then laying off it the rest of the week. (I took advice from a friend studying pharmacology at the same university... in return for a coupla boxes of the codeine pills LOL)

Re: Tooth ache help..
What feels like tooth ache is often a gum infection. Try brushing teeth with strong alcohol like brandy. Pull it through your teeth via swishing it in your mouth. Good to floss before doing the alcohol brushing to loosen any food trapped between gums and teeth.

You need heavy doses of ANTIBIOTIC. A tooth ache is caused by infection.

Clove oil , use it sparingly on a swab directly on the tooth.
Tastes like crap , don't swallow!

2nd clove essential oil. I use it as a mouthwash after brushing my teeth and don't rinse with water. I use 4 or 5 drops and swish it for as long as possible, or until it burns so much that I have to spit it out. Also, don't put on a cotton ball and leave next to tooth: it will burn and you will get a chemical burn.

According to studies, clove oil is more potent than benzocaine, which is a weaker form of novacaine.

In terms of tooth sensitivity, it works wonders. I think it strengthens the enamel.

According to the ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity), cloves are #1 across the board. By far. By swishing it in your mouth, you will allow the mucous membranes in the mouth to absorb some of it which will benefit your immune system.

Re: Tooth ache help..
Get activated charcoal and soak a piece of gauze or cloth with water and the charcoal and put it against the tooth. It will draw out toxins and bacteria. Eat an anti-inflammatory diet - lots of veggies especially celery, cabbage, etc. That tooth is linked to an organ - look up Chinese tooth organ chart. That organ is stressed so the tooth will hurt. Heal the organ and maybe the tooth can be saved.

Screw making it through the weekend, get that thing pulled now! If you call a dentist and tell them it's an emergency they'll get you in that day. If not, just keep calling around until you find one that will take you.

Take iprofen and alter with t3 in between hours, 3 times a day. Then take 6 drops of oil of oregano in water or juice twice a day. Gargle with collodial silver and then swallow a teaspoon.

Keep up with the oil of oregano when the pain is gone, at least once a day and the collodial silver for at least 1-2 weeks.

unfortunately this is probably a sign of a much larger infection. Either you have covid or something else plugging your head up with snot. You will lose all your teeth like Fat man alex jones if you keep treating the symptoms instead of identifying the real cause. Good luck.

Listerine (mouth wash antiseptic)
Vapour rub -for colds and blocked noses, rub on the outside where the tooth and gum roughly are. Obviously don’t put in mouth.
Tramadol x 3 Washed down with a whisky chaser.

Toothache gone.
