Listerine if you have it to keep it clean and disinfected.

Drink Pineapple juice. It is a great natural antibiotic that has helped me.

Whatever you do, keep your teeth clean. That's what causes the pain.

I know, as I have had serious dental traumas for many years.

Not anymore though, but I do remember just how bad it was, so, aiming to help you get it under control.

Again, mouthwash, or brush your teeth thoroughly.

Do NOT touch with your tongue, and prefer to think about other things, even if the pain is still there.

Ibuprufen painkillers helped me if I could not control it anymore.

Best of luck OP. I am wishing a painless night for you..

Mix an ounce or two of hydrogen peroxide with about a teaspoon of baking soda. Then gently but thoroughly brush the tooth (on it, all around it). It will clean, disinfect, reduce swelling and kill off any exposed tissue/nerves that need to go. It will dull and relieve the pain. It is the only effective thing you can do.

Sometimes not even clove oil will work as well as this does.

Trust me, I have had 15+ pain levels on the scale of 1-10. Horrendous pain.

If this does not work, you may have a very, very severe case and in cases like those, there may not be much you can except maybe slam 9 or 10 shots of rum.

It should work though. Good luck.

Re: Tooth ache help..
for a minor toothache sometimes smearing neosporin antibiotic on a thread and running it between and around the tooth that is infected helps

you can even rub it on the infected tooth

you have to be careful not to swallow any of it, get a cup or something and every time you feel like swallowing spit into it for a few minutes, and then rinse your mouth out thoroughly

******

some minor toothaches can be helped by chewing cilantro (coriander) ... it has antibiotic properties. you can peel garlic cloves with a knife and crush them with a garlic crush, and chew it ... do 3 or more cloves

*******

antibiotics can stop the pain in 12 to 36 hours... you can order fish antibiotics online, if the fish antibiotic is a pill you can actually look up the markings on that pill on the internet and you'll find its exactly the same pill in human antibiotics ... you have to research the correct antibiotics and dosing, beware of possible alergic reaction some typical are penicillin, amoxicillin, clindamycin, augmentum ... unfortunately ordring on the interent you have to wait for shipping time

Cloves.

Not the oil, just the spice, it's a brown powder, available everywhere.

Just scoop that shit out and pack it dry all around the tooth.

Perfectly safe, a bit messy, just keep packing.

Spit out the used shit into a paper towel.

Reapply to your hearts content and good luck.

I have been there, it sucks.

Re: Tooth ache help..
800 MG of ibuprofen every 4 hours

Go to the pet store and buy a bottle of 500 MG ‘Fish Mox’. It’s human grade amoxicillin. Take 2 capsules for the ‘loading dose’ (1000 MG) and 1 pill (500 MG) every 8 hours after. The pain will subside quickly.

Ice pack on your face where it hurts. If it’s too cold wrap in a tea towel.

Swish 1 tsp of 10 ppm colloidal silver in you mouth around the effected tooth a few times a day.

If it gets really really bad go to the ER. They will give you pain meds. If you don’t have insurance you can apply for the hospitals charity program when you get the bill.

There is nothing worse than tooth pain. I wish you well and hope you get better soon.

Re: Tooth ache help..
Hold colloidal silver in the mouth for a while and then swallow. Any other antibiotic type herbs should help-oregano, echinacea or oils like Clove or Thieves blend. Ozone gel helps, too. Can also take fish oils and turmeric and Vitamin C for the inflammation. Keep it very clean. You can take 4 ibuprophen at a time or 3 Alleve. That’s the prescription dose.
