Permanent Insurrection Benefits Elites, Expect the Protests to Continue

The insurrections will benefit the elites only so long as the insurrectionists don't go after the elites themselves.

I predict that what will eventually happen is that there will be groups of people who will go looking for the bunkers where the elite are hiding out and take them out.
