He's fine. I have no idea what life would be like if I had no family and no job. As lazy as I get when I'm alone and have nowhere to go, I'd probably be similar.

I live in the woods, though, and there would be pests if I let it go too long.

But this guy ... he's fine. He isn't hurting anyone. He makes his friends happy. Good for him :)
