We noticed that the big winners were always in the same states with the voting anomalies. So he researched a bit and found the same for the Powerball. I asked him if Dominion was their software and he could not uncover that info. But he said that 38 states use the same software and the 12 that don’t are red states. Also, the same blue states win over and over. Which means that those states receive large tax incomes from those winnings. Which means that the poor Hopium people who buy the tickets are just aiding the blue states and don’t really have a chance to win? Please run with this, if you can. On the other hand, the 'blue states' are really large blue cities: New York, LA, Chicago, etc. One would indeed expect the lotto winnings to geographically skew towards the very large population centers with very large numbers of people buying a very large share of the total number of tickets. |

He would win sometimes but vast majority of the time he would either break even or lose it all. Then he would lie to his elderly mother and claim he was always broke and make her pay the bills that month. His scheme was to buy like 7 1 and every combo 0-9 of that number and multiple of each ticket. The man could barely read and write but wanted to be treated like he was a genius. As far as the other lotteries like our classic lottery here in Ohio, my uncle won 15 million back in the day, mid 90's, so I know that one is real, but it is also a small lottery compared to these monster ones played across several states. |
