Something Weird Going on with States with Big Lottery Wins!!!

Here in Brazil there had some SAME guys that winned some 12, 17 times ZILLIONS in national lottery. And the DRAW is 100% PHYSICAL (globe & numbered balls) and lottery ballots here are filled anonymously, one has just to have the awarded combination - hence no "software" involved.

The SCHEME is VERY simple. They FIND the REAL winner and BUY their tickets with DIRTY money, sometimes even under threats to winners' families. And present themselves as the winners.

Thats how they pay off their people. Reason I never play lotto.

Some states have more people than others.

For example California is 8x more likely than MInnesota to declare a winner.

That doesn’t prove fixing. Epstein had his own hedge fund. What it proves is that Epstein was in the market to buy winning lottery tickets. If someone won a huge jackpot but their state doesn’t allow anonymous winners, they might sell the ticket. But who can afford to buy a ticket worth hundreds of millions or even a billion dollars? Only hedge funds.

The winning ticket last night for $1 Billion has a cash option of about $740 Million. The winner can either come forward, collect the $740 Million and have their name all over the news and their life ruined by the publicity. Don’t you think such a person would be willing to sell that ticket for say $650 Million? I sure as hell would. And some hedge fund can make a 13-14% guaranteed return in the span of maybe two weeks.

EVERYTHING in this clown show "country" is a scam designed to steal your wealth and abuse your psyche. EVERYTHING.

You don't understand odds. A state with one person is just as likely to have a winner as one with ten million.

I remember when they would have someone , a real person physically draw the winning numbers so that , you know the machine or whatever wouldn't somehow be rigged because it was a person you trusted drawing the balls out on live TV, Pat Sayjack or someone.

When I was a kid, the horses and numbers pools were well run and ordinary people could actually win a few hundred or even a couple of thousand from it. Then everybody got greedy with these large amounts that just go BACK TO THEIR FRIENDS AND ALLIES.

there are videos on YouTube of the number drawing where they had the numbers up on the screen BEFORE they where drawn live...

There was an interesting case some years ago about one of the computer analysts that handles the software of a different multi state lottery inserting code so that he could pick a date and numbers to win. This is a separate system then powerball or mega millions but likely not ran in an entirely different way
