agree with her, make her believe you will help her. then have excuses, you signed her up, there is a waiting list, her turn is way down the list......... if you let her know you do not agree then she will find some one else to trust. the tveeeeee is who they believe, they do not know the tveeeee quit imitating real life and real life started imitating the tveeeeee idol.
