Does anyone know how to make Oreo-like cookies?
I'm dying to be able to bake them myself but can't get the crispiness or texture of the cookie juuuust right. Everything comes out too chewy. I see the occasional food thread on here, just wondering if anyone has any ideas!

Not sure about the cookie part, but shortening is the trick with the cream center.
