The government receives ALOT of tax revenue from big pharma & the healthcare industry. The government should demand that restaurants are using organic ingredients. They should demand that fast foods have more healthy options. I don't see why they can't do it. If everyone can wear masks to prevent virus, why can't we prevent all the unnatural stuff they put in food? Why can't the government force society to be more health oriented? They care so much about our immunity to the virus, but what about health? You never hear the news giving advice on working out and nutrition. I don't get it. Many restaurants are offering healthier options because the market is demanding it. One of the former NYC mayors tried to dictate what people eat. I think you were limited as too how much pop one could buy at a convenience store. The people of NYC were not very happy with him. Also, politicians - such as Obama - were in bed with Monsanto. There is too much money to be made in Washington, to ignore world food conglomerates. .
