Medical researcher here. It is psychopathic eugenics. I'm a fan of real eugenics. What these lunatics do is the opposite of eugenics although they believe they are carrying out eugencis. Letting Schizophrenics and Sociopaths run amok with sane society is the biggest problem. Unfortunately I share your opinions. And they don't care how many people they kill because....depopulation anyway. And certainly Red China would not miss a few million or a hundred million people.
