Its also very interesting that Cayce says that Souls of Darkness will no longer be able to incarnate here on this world.

The Dark Forces control the incarnation process to a great degree but if suddenly dark souls were no longer able to incarnate here, it would mean that overtime the planet would be filled with more and more souls of light.
