Consciousness has two poles, just as a magnet or a battery has two poles. Any complete picture of how the Universe really works, needs to include a kind of awareness that is as different from conventional human awareness, as sunlight is different from stone.

It is very important to learn how to keep your mind on one thing, until it gets done. This world we are in is really just a thick dream ~ No more real, or less real, than any other dream ~ Just a little thicker. The only way to consciously get out of this dream world ~ Is to be totally responsible for what you are doing with your attention. By learning how to keep you mind on one thing ~ You can become aware of who the "Dreamer" really is.

The 'me' who is alive and conscious in the present moment, is really a different being than the 'me' that has a past and a future.

The lower awareness centers around entropy and fear. It is of the lower 3 energy centers which focus on fear, survival, unconscious instinctual animal reactions to external reality, and ego hatred of limitation.

The higher awareness of light, is completely focused in the present moment, and lives in illumination and peace. It is based in the higher 4 energy centers of the body which revolve around love, perception, and wisdom of the soul.

Souls of light are naturally oriented towards the higher energy centers, and often experience an awakening to the present moment during their lives (especially in our recent times).

The awareness of the present moment, is the only constant in the universe. All else is in a constant state of change. One can learn to atune to the vibration of the present moment, which originates with the source.
