No no dummy!you can do an oil change and add transmission fluid for one qt. of oil. Do that weekly 4 times. It cleans out the gunk buildup in a vehicle that has been sitting up or not maintained. I've done it twice. Worked like a charm. Put over 80,000 miles on an f150 that had been sitting for 3 years. Picked it up for $250. Definitely got my money worth.
