I am pissed about not being able to do a damned thing for my 50th birthday. The lockdowns in my area are outright crazy. Most deaths were in old folks homes, no proof the virus is spread at bars or restaurants or routine social activity. Can't go to someplace warm, can't even go to a restaurant or have some friends or family over (family are too far).
The lockdowns are only getting more extreme even as the same seasonal spike as the flu starts to decline. I have a pure hatred for government officials than I ever imagined. They are holding us hostage. If they keep us down I only see one way out of this and it won't be peaceful.
