It has been for some time. 5% of the vehicles on our roads, owned mostly by billionaires, are involved in 15% of road deaths. The civilized world started banning these vehicles in 1972. Today they are not legally allowed on the roads of countries that people in the USA used to call 'third world $hit holes'.

We can't have the late 20th century technology on these murder machine vehicles let alone the additional early 21st century technologies. We can't get past getting 1972 technologies.

Every year 1-2,000 people die horrible violent preventable deaths because billionaires like cheap trucks and trailers and its cheaper to kill some people. People named Jeffrey Preston Bezos, Samuel Robson "Rob" Walton, James Carr Walton, Alice Louise Walton, Roger Searle Penske and others murder children with 80,000 pound weapons of mass destruction marked Amazon Prime, Walmart and Penske on public roads every day.

Imagine someone having an entitlements-in-law to murder children? You don't need to. Bipartisan bills that go nowhere because Democrat and Republican legislators both like corporate swamp green and a secretary of transportation that's more interested in cheap trucks to unload the family ships than she is about children eviscerated under semitrailers. That is the nation we live in.

Newton's laws won't change so ours need too. It's either that or start killing killers. I included the middle names because you have to do that for notorious mass murderers and assassins.
