They've actually recently mapped the receptor and found that LSD-25 fits like a glove, absolutely perfectly. And they are virtually testing thousands of variants. Looking for things like a shorter duration for better therapeutic use, etc.

Hamilton is awesome. He's a very enthusiastic guy who looks at it from a chemists perspective. All of his programs are very interesting. He's not afraid to get his hands dirty and try many of the substances he reports on. Avoiding the sketchier ones like PCP.
