The dosage is based on you weight. I weigh 165. The first month dosage my doctor prescribed (as a preventive) was as follows:
day 1 25mg (5 5mg pills)
day 3 25mg (5 5mg pills)
day 17 25mg (5 5mg pills)
I haven't received my maintenance prescription yet.
I AM NOT A DOCTOR. Please consult your doctor for what the proper dosages should be for yourself.
I have encountered zero side affects.

Put a dime sized on a corner of a slice of bread and swallow it. E ery other day for 5 days (3 swallows in all) repeat next week. DONE.......you will be benefit. At least it worked for me. Your dime size spread out like peanut butter will be the thickness you need. I got mine from Tractor Supply. Ivermectin has been used on Horses for 60+ years and Dogs and pigs. It works. Typing on a cell phone sux.
