I'm 120 and took a dose for 250lbs and did the same the very next day and had no problem.

You can push the plunger till goo reaches the edge of the opening, then take the CAP with the wide rim on it and stick that rim in the first notch it will fit into, then move the rim into the next notch for 50lbs, the next for 100lbs and one more for 150, then push the plunger till the rim of the CAP stops the plunger from... plunging.


Or just squirt out an inch or two onto a spoon and eat it.
