where are you getting your 'list' from?

[ link to downdetector.com (secure)] [ link to downdetector.com (secure)] I would think that if this was a major event, the areas that are down would be down for multiple ISPs at the same time. Spectrum and Comcast do not seem to have overlapping outages though.
