No one. The point being is that Centcom is a strategic and tactical liability. It weakens everything else. The assets and manpower Centcom uses guarantees a limp-wristed response in Europe and Asia. It sucks the oxygen out of the room protecting the Soviet colony in Palestine and the Arab satraps. They can pay a think tank for a report. But it would be suppressed and deleted from the think tankers Made in China computers.
