operation fake snow is not to be confused with operation artificial snow.. that's completely different... think thats an operation meant to convince novice spooks to think they are living through real world scenarios, while offereing them protections, interogating them, and shipping them out eventually with enough experience to real world operations once they are hardened enough, while never knowing the difference.

There was a billboard company in the US that used this technology to advertise a horror series on tv. It would beam say spooky stuff as people walked passed telepathically. There were so many complaints they had to take it down. Y'll have to search it up/article.
