Yes you heard it here first. Jesus said there would be signs of His coming. Power outages are one of the many signs. He is on his way, Him and His saints on white horses, not black ones, but white horses riding through the heavens on His way to earth.

So yes He should be here any day now. He said His return would be soon. I know it's been 2000 plus years, but soon to God means a different thing. And Jesus' predictions are like no other. How could He see that there would be wars on earth before He came ? How can anyone even imagine an earthquake would happen ? It must be God.
