NASA finds ‘Blue Star’: Hopi prophecy fulfilled

Interesting news has surfaced from two sources. NASA's Galaxy Evolution Explorer is showing a speeding blue “star that is leaving an enormous trail of ‘seeds’ for new solar systems. The star, named Mira (pronounced my-rah) after the latin word for ‘wonderful,’ is shedding material that will be recycled into new stars, planets and possibly even life as it hurls through our galaxy.’

This is a great discovery on it’s own, but it becomes even more amazing when we read the news that the Hopi, Native Americans from northeastern Arizona, have foretold the coming of this star. The prophecy is as follows:

"And this is the Ninth and Last Sign: You will hear of a dwelling-place in the heavens, above the earth, that shall fall with a great crash. It will appear as a blue star. Very soon after this, the ceremonies of my people will cease." ... "That time is not far off. It will come when the Saquasohuh (Blue Star) Kachina dances in the plaza and removes his mask. He represents a blue star, far off and yet invisible, which will make its appearance soon."

It appears that many faiths and traditions are having their prophecies fulfilled in these trying times. This happens to be just one, but one that is at least a “positive development”.
