You have to have that smoker going around 300 degrees to compensate. It's 81 here in FL, so I'm throwing some tuna steaks on the grill. Not smoking today though... It’s at 235, it’s fan controlled but burning through lot of fuel. Getting ready to wrap in butcher paper and move over to the pellet grill. Wanted to get some good bark from the wood first. Got a few moving blankets for the pellet that works well for saving fuel. |
