It’s called a poison for a reason. You’re on the right track. If you want an intoxicant, it’s best to go with the most safest. Even more so, you should avoid using your lungs as the primary method of ingestion. If you are convinced that’s the route you’re taking, the glass bong with ice water is your best bet. Any vaping, against popular opinion, is completely dangerous. Just like teeth whitening paste. They don’t tell you it’s nanotechnology that you’re spitting into our water systems. Vaping spreads more product over more nodes, nodes that even tobacco smoke doesn’t reach. Plus, additives from unscrupulous anti American businesses (which dominate our market by 95%) will not help you. If you’re in a medical state you can get a transdermal patch for your leg or arm. Easy peasy. Lotions you can rub anywhere. FFS they have a belly button oil. And yes, it’s one of the funniest products I’ve ever used.

I was sober for 23 years, did AA for many many, and quit going to meetings because I couldn't be honest about smoking weed again. Weird it was fine for people to be on prozac, xanax, etc. but weed was no go. I tried to talk about it once and got massive backlash. This was in the late 90s. I chose to go my own way. I understand things are different now but I was never a joiner to begin with, so....

I have been smoking just CBD flowers for arthritis pain and inflammation. Some people stop smoking THC cannabis by switching to CBD flowers.

Yup. That’s the best way. Insomnia is on the list of conditions in medical states. I’ve never seen someone sleep so hard than a novice taking 50mg of indica gummy. 9 straight hours for 2 months. It also reduced the tremendous amounts of anxiety from a cancer diagnosis. Note, that’s for novices.

Same. The state didn’t know how to handle me since my only crime was being caught with a bag of plant flower. They tossed me into AA cause that’s all there was. I turned around 20-25 old timers in my 6 months and got them completely off the booze.

I even helped a homeless senior get his own place through the power of weed.

Then Payne county found out I was doing that so they sentenced me to 300 hours community service on top of AA. With no requirement other than the work must be for a non profit. So I volunteered at NORML. Well that sent the judge and my attorney over the moon. They nailed me with intensive outpatient therapy, substance and abuse education and redo my hours.
The therapist and I got high during our sessions. State doctor wouldn’t you know. The substance abuse class is where I met the best dealers with the best weed. Can’t thank Payne county enough for that. The only correct issue I did clear was redoing my hours. Which I did for a church.

The state of Oklahoma spent so many resources on me and my ilk. Trying to stop us from gambling on the reservations. No tattoos in state. No full nude bars. No weed. And get this, no cold beer over .032 % alcohol.

All of that now gone. Once I left, they opened the whole gawd dang state up to all of it. Sons of bitches. That was my rant to the judge in 92’ too. “You should legalize weed and we can tell the feds we don’t know need their funds”. I was laughed at by the whole court. Now I just grin ear to ear every time that state sells weed to me indirectly. Love it!

Try muscle freeze or Pain Stick. Works 10x better with the the whole plant together and it won’t make the same high as smoking. Light heady tingle. Right where it’s best.

You replaced one hard drug with the other.

All you needed, was a mild antidepressant like Zoloft in 50 or 100 mg's.

Unlike drugs, which force your neurons to dump massive amounts of transmitters (hence the effect), antidepressants work on a way more direct and precise level.

Regardless, you will not take my advice and continue your new bad habit until it spirals out of control into psychosis, bipolar disorder etc.
