Heard a guy on the local news tonight say they had some customers who have natural gas have their lines freeze up! He said natural gas has moisture in it and the unprotected lines can freeze up. He said simply take a hair dryer to them to thaw them out.

But this makes me wonder if the extreme temps are causing this flow problem.

Along the transmission lines are pressure boosting stations. They used to burn the gas to power the pressurization pumps & were self sustaining.
Now most gas lines run down the electrical transmission right away. They now use electric pressurization pumps that don’t work when the electricity is down.

The Dems make most of the voters believe they are "for the people" when the reality is, they are for the rich and the corporations.

I wish people would learn from their actions and get a clue that the Dems are the party of the rich.

Gas went up plus thirty cents this year.

Wood stove here, no concerns about heat; I feel for the people in the cities, where wood heat isn't an option.

We did but about 6 baseboard electric heaters over the past years and are using them since our furnace is too old and scary to use anymore.

Hubby does have a small generator and is currently going around looking for propane for it incase it gets really bad.

THERE ARE NO VALVES ONLY BEARINGS AN BLADES THAT GET ICED UP BAD TIME FOR GLOBAL WARMING UH WAIT CLIMATE CHANGE
