Okay. You're clearly not an expert in stocks so I'll explain

What they did was go through what is called a reverse split. They just did a 27 to 1 reverse split

So for every 27 shares you had you now had one. But the price was 27 times higher

So that 54,000, was never an actual price that they ever hit.. they hit 2000 once, but after that 27:1 split, it looks like 54,000

And the company's been on a downswing ever since
