Carbon monoxide is a killer if you burn fuels or run cars without fresh air coming in. It could be that people don't know the danger they put themselves in.Better run some PSA cautions on radio and tv for those that can receive them. Propane burns clean too but uses up oxygen so open a window to let fresh air in.
