finally a NON STUPID thread here today...  good question. its so NICE to see some functioning god given MIND here this Friday morn......:Triple Hearts: Wow, Ty!   I grew up doing fencing and contracts. I have given several bids to National Guard Depots. They might stock barb wire and maybe Razor Ribbon. But the Average Joe can not install Razor Ribbon, it is like a slinky and if you don't know how to control the spring; well you can get tangled up in that stuff. It is noting the Average Person can install.
