The National Guard does not stock Fencing like this.

I grew up doing fencing and contracts. I have given several bids to National Guard Depots. They might stock barb wire and maybe Razor Ribbon. But the Average Joe can not install Razor Ribbon, it is like a slinky and if you don't know how to control the spring; well you can get tangled up in that stuff. It is noting the Average Person can install.

The real question is...who ordered the military in there and who is it protecting?

Is it to KEEP AND CONTAIN the DC criminals INSIDE the fence, or is it to protect the DC criminals inside (as they know they cheated on the election) from people coming IN after them?

There is only a Dozen or so Fence Companies in the DC area. Maybe some LLC has the .g Contract but it was subbed out for sure. I remember seeing the look on the installers faces, like what side do you want the Razor Ribbon installed on?

I do not blame the installers, but the First Contract time stamp would be GOLD!

FYI, the pics with the Razor Ribbon going through the Grate Mesh are CGI it is not installed like that.

Showcall does audio and video services, I don't think they are providing the fence. ARCUS has worked with the White House recently, is woman/minority owned, and has a shitty website with little information about their products. But they don't brag on their website about providing the fence like they do about providing it for other events. Maybe this one is too controversial for them to want to put their brand behind it?

My issue is that it's a delivery order for an even lower amount than Showcall. I don't know if it would be that cheap or if it's a rental payment like others suggest. If it was a rental I'd expect Delivery Order to be Definitive Contract.
