I posted that Lysine cures all viruses in March when this crap got going. Been using it for years. Covid19 is total bullshit. But it suppresses all colds, shingles, cold sores, all of it.

Lysine also significantly increases the efficiency of Vitamin C. I've been taking 1000 mg of each, twice a day, for years. I'm still kickin at 76.

I would have liked to see it back then. Somehow I missed it. So I got curious about lysine and c, and found a bunch of articles about the benefits. Good stuff.

The foods high in lysine are eggs, poultry, pork, cheese, beef, tofu, fish and yogurt. They prevent the replication of coronavirus.

So just down an entire bottle of ketchup?

No, Lysine is a protein, a basic building block of cells, everywhere in the body, lycopene is one of many plant based antioxidants that's beneficial scavenging positively charged ions in the small amounts.

Lysine is an amino acid and it does not kill covid.

I take lysine 2-3 times a day to help lingering symptoms from a shingles outbreak I had in 2014.

I got covid last January.

lysine and vitamin C work in tandem. Basically eat a balanced diet (animal proteins, but also include vitamin C foods). It's also anti-cancer.

Lysine is one of 25 or so essential amino acids that are fuel for DNA replication, muscle, bone, nervous system etc.

Older folks are really deficient in amino acids.

Studies show they really benefit from amino supplements.
