As clever as it is, however, common sense coupled with the judiciary's historically evasive and conciliatory posture on ALL things "election related", leads me to believe that no matter what the decision SCOTUS renders, the remedy will NOT include the immediate removal of and/or disqualification of defendants. That, IMHO, is an absolute Bridge Too Far. Not only would that be an unprecedented and extreme exercise of judicial authority, the immediate political & logistical fallout to the entire nation while attempting to untangle ALL of the Legislative and Executive Acts that have occurred during the interim, make it an impracticable solution. I believe that if SOTUS does take the case, the Justices will seek the least injurious remedy as possible. Please don't get me wrong, I'd love for SCOTUS eject all of the treasonous slime post haste; sadly, I just don't see that as a realistic expectation. If a positive outcome does occur, it would most likely be something more akin to a remand to lower court for hearing on the merits. Call me cynical, but there's an op element to this... Brunson affiliation with "Juan O Savin" is a red flag to me. The brothers, God bless them, have an MKUltra vibe. All the names on the letters collected could go into a database their CIA/infiltrated/corrupt side of DoD handlers are compiling for targeting later.
