Once I was driving and I saw a monster on the side of the road. I was hypnotically tranced for 10 seconds before I realized that it was a golden eagle that had claimed a German Shepard road kill. It looked like a beast until my mind sorted out what I was looking at.

It snatched a squirrel out of a tree and took it straight to the ground to devour it. Tore it to shreads. This bird was about 50 yards from me and I watch people in the park every day. This bird was at least four feet tall. Its wing span was like a man standing with his arms outstretched. No one believes me. It was a light brown and white color and flew off and perched in a tall tree up the hill. I watched it for a good hour. It looked like it was fake sitting on the top of that tree.
