Engine failure goes back to airline maintenance of said aircraft and engines, which require scheduled maintenance. Ultimately, the jet engines are made by: GE, Pratt & Whitney and Rolls Royce. Boeing mounts the engines, and performs flight test on same. I happen to know intimately.... Real Eyes, Realize, Real Lies..... Who in their right mind would get on a plane right now? Aside from the covid risks, there’s also the horrendous way the airline industry has handled this situation from the beginning. Passengers are being treated terribly often at the whim of some low level employee on a power trip, they are also are making unreasonable and illogical demands re covid travel . Must wear masks but they seat passengers right next to each other as if covid magically disappears and is non contagious once you’re on the plane, those masks are all you need supposedly. Then why the vaccines? It’s also quite obvious that of course due to covid restrictions the planes are not and have not been maintained, tested , and inspected normally. I shudder to think what will start happening once they start flyin all those planes that have been grounded since the start of this all. They will be falling out of the sky every 20 minutes. Do not get on a plane now. omg. |

I wouldn’t put it past them to have released something terrible at this point. Or something even worse going forward. They are working towards an end goal whether we know what that end goal is or not. So I can’t say with certainty that there aren’t any risks, I don’t think anyone can really, If there is a risk the planes Hepa systems could be circulating it. That being said there may be a few that need to travel by plane but the majority that are travelling do not seem to be travelling out of necessity. It just seems foolish to do at a time when the airline industry is being hard hit and the first thing they will do is skip safety and maintainence proceedures. I just think people should proceed with caution at this point in time. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78938227 No, Pratt and Whitney didn't say it. Boeing said it. And Pratt and Whitney don't build 777s. Pratt and Whitney and General Electric make the engines. I believe the recent incidents involve the Pratt and Whitney Trent 4000, that being said the Boeing 777 can fly great distance on one engine....provided the fire is out. |

Boeing said it recommended suspending the use of 777 jets with the same type of engine that shed debris over Denver at the weekend after US regulators announced extra inspections and Japan suspended their use while considering further action. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14481951 The moves involving Pratt & Whitney 4000 engines came after a United Airlines 777 landed safely at Denver International Airport on Saturday, US time, after its right engine failed. The manufacturer recommended airlines suspend operations until US regulators identified the appropriate inspection protocol. The 777-200s and 777-300s affected are older and less fuel efficient than newer models and most operators are phasing them out of their fleets. [link to www.smh.com.au (secure)] they are hoping to invent new engines which have parts that don't explode and fall off Maybe they don’t want anyone in America to fly to other Western countries and see what is going on there I heard it’s so bad They are chasing people evading the vaccine down the street naked |

So? Are you implying Boeing doesn't have any responsibility? If Samsung phones started exploding and catching on fire, would your response be "Samsung doesn't manufacture batteries". The problem with the world is that rich spoiled fucks never take responsibility for anything they do wrong, and they do extremely WRONG things all the time. Justice doesn't exist in this god forsaken planet. |
